Also, all the Right. Title and Interest 01 John McAulay. in and to 60 acres of L;.nd. a little more or less. situate on Township No 53, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also, oil the equitable interest of Donald McAuiay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234. 245. 246 and 303 in the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and ap- purtenanCes thereon. and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 18tli'day of February, 1868, at the Court House, in Georgetown. at the hour of 1‘2 o’clock, noon. set up and sell at Public Auction, the above. ro— cited property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s. 6d. debt, with interest thereon from the first day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 16s. 8d. costs, also, [63. 8d. for Writ. besides Sheriff’s fees. poundage and all other incidental expenses.
