HAROLD FREDERIC’S DEATH

Peculiar Testimony of the Woman Who Attended Deceased.

Loypon, Oct 30.—The coroner’s inquest into the death of Mr. Harold Frederic, the newepaper correspondent and novelist, who died at Kenley, Surrey, to-day. Mrs. Mille, the leader of the Christian Scient- ists, whotreated Mr. Frederic according to the peculiar methods of that sect, was called as a witness. She isa robust, swarthy, middle-aged American. She testified coocerning the treatment which she applied to Mr. Frederic. She said sne did pot allow her patients to take drugs or doctor’s orders, hecause they could not swing between matter aad mind. The witness could not describe the physici.. al condition of Mr. Frederic. She bad not diagnosed his material sickness. Mrs. Mills told the coroner that his God was finite and ber God infinite. Ifshe should fsJl downand break her leg God would take cere of the fractured limb.
