From Harvey Sickler, Esq,, the able editor of the
    Tunkhannock Democrat, Pennsylrania.

    * Our only child, about three years of age, was

attacked by pimples on his forehead. They rapidly

spread until they formed a loathsome and virulent
sore, Which covered his face, and actually blinded
his eyes forsome days A skilful physician applied
nitrate of silver aud other remedies, without any
apparent cfilect. For fifteen days we guarded his
hands, lest with them he should tear open the fes-
teriug and corrupt wound which covered his whole
face. Having tried every thing clse we had any
hope from, we began giving your SARSAPARILLA,
and applying the iodide of potash lotion, as you
direct. The sore began to heal wheu we had given
the first bottle, and was well when we had finished
the second. The child’s eyelashes, which had come
out, grew again, and he is now as healthy and fair
as any other. The whole neighborlood predicted
    that the child must die.”

From Dr. Hiram Stat, of St. Louis, Missouri.

“TT fiad your SARSAPARILLA @ more effectual
remedy for the secondary symptoms of Syphilis
and for syphilitic disease than any other we possess,
The profession are indebted to you for some of the
    best medicines we have,”

From A. J. French, M. D., an eminent physician of
Lawrence, Mass., who is a prominent member of
    the Legisiature of Massachusetts,

“Dr. AYER. My dear Sir: I have found your
SARSAPARILLA an exceilent remedy for Syphiiis,
both of the primary and secondary type, and effee-
tual in some cases that were too obstinate ta yield
to other remedies. I do not know what we can em-

loy with more certainty of success, where a power-
    ul alterative is re eulvel”

Mr. Chas. 8. Van Liew, of New Brunswick, N.J.,
had dreadful ulcers on his legs, caused by the abuse
of mercury, or mercurial disease, which grew more
and more aggravated for yeara, jn spite of every

    f

rsevering use of AYER'S SARSAPARILLA relieved
rim. Few cases can be found more inveterate and
Gistreasing than this, and it took several dozen
    bottles to cure him.

    Leucorrhea, Whites, Pemele Weakness,
are generally produced by internal Serofulous UT-
ceration, and are very often cured by the alterative
effect of this SARSAPARILLA. Some cases require
however, in aid of the SARSAPARILLA, the skilful

    cpplicatiou of local remedies. i

From the well-known and widely-celebrated Dr.
    Jacod Morrill, of Cincinnati.

*T have found your SARSAPARILLA an excellent
altcrative in diseases of females. Many eases of
    Irrecularity, Lencorrhees, Internal Uleecration, and
local Gebility, arising from the serofulous diathesis,
have yielded to it, and there are few that do nof,
when its effect is properly aided by local treatment.”
A lady, unwilling to allow the publication of ker

    name, writes :

« My daughter and mysclf have been eured of a
very debilitating Leucorrliwa of long standing, by
    two bottles of your SARSAPARILLA.”
    Bheumatism, Gout, Liver Complaint, Dys-

    pepsia, Heart Disease, Neuralgia,
when caused by Scrofula in the system, are rapidly
    cured by this Lx. SARSAPARILLA,

employed by sailors of all nations for curing the

Ulcers of Jong standing, and which have resisted all
other applications, as wellasin curing bad legs, Piles |
and Fistulas, have been so countiess and so notorious

Before presenting this wonderful cleansing rem-
edy to the North American public, Dr. Rapway
was determined to test its medicinal powers for the
cure of the class of diseases for which it is prescribed
in the South American Provinces, as it is a fact well
    known to all physiologists that

    SCROFULA, LEPROSY, SYPIILIs,

and its horrible train of coneomitants, prevail in the
    | tropical regions of the South, to a much greater and
}more malignant degree than in the North. In fact
    | there is scarcely a family in any of the South Am-
}erican Provinces that is free from Scrofula, or its
    | kindred diseases. It runs in the blood of all its
people, and has become established as a coi.stitu-
tional infirmity, and has batted the skill of their
best physicians. With knowledze of these facts,

    IMPORTANT TO PARENTS.

There ts no medicine in the known world, or phy-
sician, that has ever claimed the skil} of eradicating
from the system diseases inherited, by transmission,
fromm parent to child. This great power we claun
fur Rapwar’s Renovating Kesolvent; and we
rel.giously declare, that if Radway’s Renovating
    | Resolvent is given when the symptoms of any in-
herited disease are first exhibited, it will eradicate
} the same from the system. In the early stages of
    | Phthisis or Consumption, Fits, Scrofula, and in cases
    | of sure head, Uicers, Tamers, Hacking Cough, Bron
chitis, the use of Kapway’s Renovating Keso.-
YENT will exterminate the transmitted disease from
    | the systein, and make (what the parents negiected)
    a sopad and healthy body.

    A QUESTION OF THE MILLION
    ANSWERED,

    HOW 18 If THAT
    RADWAY’S READY RELIEF

Possesses such wonderfr:l remedial powers as to cure
s0 many diseases of apparently opposite phenomena?

We reply that Radway’s Keady Kelief chief and
most important remedial eficacy, is evinced in the
immediate arrest of pain, and its potency in the
treatment of such diseases and maladies, where pain
is a concomitant of the disease.

Disease, like the storm, gives unmistakeable signs
of its approach. At first the threatened patient ex-
periences a slight discom ort, this fullewed with pain
to a greater or less extent, and other symptoms fol.
low in rapid succession. It is in this condition of
the system where Radway’s Ready Relief wili be
found all-potent. Its administration, either inter.
nally or externally, as the seat of pain indicates,
will arrest the progress of the threatened di
and quickly relieve the patient from all pain or dis-
    comfort.

If people, on the first indication of uneasiness or
pain, either slight or severe, would take a dose of
Radway’s Ready Relief, not one in a thousand weald
    ever be troubled with sickness,

    WUEN THREATENED WITH

Ready Relief be freely used, and, in » short time, all
pain and uneasiness will cease, and the threatened
    disease expelied from the system,
