ihe Parveyor wiil have the right to purchase ut
the expense of the Contractor. :
Payment will be made by the Commirsariat
quarterly, on the orders of the Purveyor, at whose
office any further information may be obtained in
reference to the Contract.
Security for ÂŁ100 sterling must be given by
two securities each.
Should the Troops be removed from the Island
daring that period, the Contract will immediately

power of terminating the Contract by giving Six
Month's Notice, in writing, from the first of any
month after the firet six months of the Contract
shall have expired.
SEPARATE TENDERS will be received for all
the above Services, which will have to be prompt
ly and satisfactorily executed, on the Orders of the
Purvevor, whenever required ; and in the event of
any Of the work so required being imperfectly or
unsmitisfactorily executed, the Purveyor will have
the power of withholding paymeut for such work,
und of having it performed elsewhere at the Con-
tractorâs sole cost and expenseâthe amount of such
cost to be deducted from any monies then due on
becoming due to the Coutractor upon his Coutract
