    that the ‘ Summerside Bank’? had foiled,
    owing to twir connection with the Com-
    mercial Bank, of New Brunswick, and 8.

    the Sumtierside Bank that they liad not one
    doar of-the Commercial Bank- pauper, vor
    any connection with that Bank, and that they
    do not expect to suffer to any extent from
    Mr Scovill’s failure, and that the condition of
    the Bank is erous, and should command
